OF GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN This executive
will provide strategic and operational leadership in inventory, sourcing,
logistics and procurement: ·
Indentify and maintain
qualified vendors to ensure uninterrupted material flow to the ·
Lead and mentor and
train procurement and logistics personnel ·
Develop supplier
partnership programs ·
Improve supplier
performance, reduce costs, improve quality, increase inventory turns ·
Implement demand pull
supply system ·
Create strategic
sourcing strategies and be closely involved in their implementation Must Have
Qualifications: ·
BS degree; mechanical
engineering degree is preferred ·
Recent 5 years
manufacturing in turnkey Supply Chain Management ·
Supply chain management
experience in purchasing, planning and logistics ·
Knowledgeable in some of
these processes: machining, plating, casting, forging etc. ·
Ability to read
mechanical prints ·
Proven negotiation and
contract development skills ·
Experience in ramping up
supply chains in Asia ·
History of
selecting, qualifying, auditing and maintaining mechanical suppliers
in low cost regions ·
Systems savvy: ERP,
databases, pivot tables, spreadsheets etc. ·
Demonstrated management
skills: train and develop staff; manage budgets ·
Up to 25% international
travel required Location:

Manager This
high visibility Quality executive will build and execute all aspects of
quality. This manager will be the driving force through the supply
chain, factory and end customers to preserve a quality product.
Position reports directly into the Vice President of Operations. ·
Establish
mission and feedback metrics that ensure the highest quality product
possible ·
Construct
and implement Supplier Scorecards ·
Participate
in the NPI process working closely with engineering ·
Work with
Sourcing, assisting in the development a of flexible, highly proficient
Supply Chain ·
Interface
with customers to resolve issues and guarantee satisfaction ·
Identify and
resolve root causes ·
Implement
Quality Manufacturing process metrics and improvements ·
Implement
initiatives to develop high performing, responsive quality department ·
Reduce
warranty costs ·
Organize and
lead internal teams in Lean and 5S activities ·
ASQ or
similar certification highly desirable ·
Recent
years leading a manufacturing Quality department ·
Comprehensive
knowledge and implementation of Quality systems ·
Proven
record of implementing Quality systems through the supply chain ·
Prior
experience managing, leading and developing a highly skilled Quality
organization ·
Working
knowledge of many of these manufacturing processes: mechanical,
machining, plating, sand casting, plating, casting, forging, injection
molding ·
Process mind
set; high energy; capable of developing people and department ·
Have led

Engineering/ NPI Manager ·
Working
closely with Director to coordinate new product development workloads and
help integrate into the overall workload ·
Review
product designs for feasibility, technical capabilities and
manufacturability ·
Work with
various Engineers, Designers and Draftsmen and Technicians to maintain
program schedules and budgets as required ·
Review
capacity and capability requirements for all new products ·
Plan
material requirements for new products ·
Assist
Manufacturing Personnel in generating manufacturing and process plan for
new products ·
Assist with
administrative functions, reviews and project budgets ·
Train,
implement and oversee NPI process ·
BS
ME ·
This
is a hands on product design job requiring recent design / NPI experience
in stampings, permanent mold, machining, injection molding ·
Pro
E & Solid Works. Proven NPI skills. ·
Ability
to create, implement and train in DFM ·
Recent
10+ years in mechanical product design and development in a project
engineering capacity. ·
Proficiency
using windows P.C. applications including project scheduling software ·
Extensive
knowledge of general management principles, including operations
management, process planning, marketing, accounting, and organizational
behavior. Compensation:
$80-115 base

Expertise
managing supplier quality audit and corrective action systems -
In
depth supplier qualification skills -
Technical
knowledge of mechanical components. Ideally: machining, stamping,
metals, castings -
Knowledgeable
in Incoming Inspection , tools and gages -
Significant
experience with Quality Assurance plans and procedures -
Thorough
understanding of ISO 9001 -
Lean
background is preferred -
Familiarity
with Microsoft Office
and manufacturing software required Compensation:
base salary ranges from 60-77K - reflecting the selected candidates
